Background

Gabriel is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Functional Breathing Instructor. He started his own breathwork journey in early 2020 and then became fully certified in 2023. Since then, he's taken hundreds of people through breathwork and guiding clients through their first ever cold plunge.


 THE STATS:

  • A 2023 meta-analysis published on News-Medical found that consistent breathing practices significantly lowered stress, anxiety, and depression levels compared to control groups, underscoring the measurable impact of conscious breath.
     
  • In a 2024 JAMA Network Open study involving 129 physicians, an eight-week breathing and meditation program reduced burnout and depressive symptoms by over 50%, proving how accessible tools like breathwork can restore mental clarity and resilience.
     
  • Research in Frontiers in Psychology (2017) revealed that eight weeks of diaphragmatic breathing not only lowered salivary cortisol—the body’s main stress hormone—but also improved focus and sustained attention, showing how the breath directly influences both body and mind.

Gabriel offers 1:1 sessions, couples, group events, corporate wellness programs, all available in person and remotely. Currently in Cleveland, Gabriel hosts local group events and coach's clients through the breath and cold plunges.

The weeks leading up to our session were a very uncertain and transitional period in my life. I was feeling unsure of myself. The plunge is so eye opening. It rings out all tension in the body by forcing one to surrender. 


Being in the cold plunge the first time is so invigorating because it literally forces you to only be in the plunge. I'm super grateful we aligned on this and am feeling 1000% energy after our session this morning.

I was stressed and overloaded before coming to our session, and after the breathwork & cold plunging, I felt so much more relieved. I actually took a breath of fresh air and was in tune with my body in those moments. I felt grounded and content. Breathwork and cold plunging change my perspective on my life every time I do it.

I still have a feeling of lightness from the first two sessions together. It's like I took a heavy old coat off.
