Breathwork healing sessions are designed to clear the mind, soothe the nervous system and drop you deep into relaxation and rejuvenation. This two-part Pranayama practice uses the breath to move energy, release emotional blocks, calm the nervous system, and awaken self-love and intuition.


In this specific style of breathwork, we breathe through the mouth to bring oxygen directly into the lungs — bypassing the natural filters of the nasal passages — and drive the breath deep into the body, where much of our energy and emotion can become stored. This conscious activation expands the lung’s capillaries and air sacs, allowing oxygen to move rapidly through the system and awaken what’s been held beneath the surface. As the body releases, it begins a natural detox of the weight that no longer serves us.

A 60-minute session that will begin with a check-in and supportive conversation before moving into a two-part breath practice that's designed to quiet the analytical mind and open the feeling body.


Through this shift, you're guided into a space that supports emotional release, deep clarity, nervous system regulation and a renewed connection with yourself.

A 75 minute session that offers a space to release misunderstandings and stagnant energy within a relationship. They’re ideal for romantic partners, friends, siblings, parents and children — or any two people seeking to heal, evolve, deepen, or strengthen their bond. They’re also supportive for couples navigating parenthood, major life transitions, or the fertility journey.


We begin with a grounded check-in and guided partner dialogue to explore what’s currently present in your connection. From there, we move into an active two-part breathwork practice designed to open pathways for heartfelt clarity, emotional release, and deeper understanding.

This 60-minute group session begins with collective intention-setting before moving into a guided two-part breathwork practice. If you’re unable to join live, the recording will be available for 48 hours afterward.


We gather on the second Sunday of each month from 7:30 – 8:30 pm EST.


Participation also includes access to our private Facebook community — a space to share reflections, integrate experiences, and stay connected with others on this journey.
